Rebecca Purnell is part of PwC’s Local Public Services Consulting team and has extensive experience in leading transformation and innovation within local government and social care. Before joining PwC, Rebecca held senior Local Government leadership roles including Assistant Chief Executive at West Northamptonshire Council where she navigated the Council through major service reforms and Local Government Reorganisation.
